Better than hourly, the Pay-For-Performance system we use is great for hard working high achievers. AVERAGE PAY for FT team members is $20-28/hr. The more efficient you work, the more money you make. FT team members have a base hourly rate of $20 per hour PLUS the opportunity to earn more with the Pay-For-Performance system

Requirements:
- Work as a Team

- Provides excellent customer service
- Able to pass a background check
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation, Valid Driver's License, Smartphone
- Lawn Care Experience Not Necessary (willing to train the right person)
- Ability to self-manage
