We are looking for hard-working lawn care team members that enjoy working outdoors and want to grow with our company. As a part of the

Responsibilities:

-Mow lawns using a commercial equipment.

-Trim and edge around trees, fences and landscaping.

-Operate blowers to clean up debris.

-Operate core aeration equipment.

-Apply organic fertilizers and other lawn treatments. 

-Perform light maintenance on tools and equipment.

-Report and client concerns or issues to management.

-Ensure professional conduct and appearance.

-Drive a company vehicle.

Pay Structure:

Better than hourly, the Pay-For-Performance system we use is great for hard working high achievers. AVERAGE PAY for our team members is $25+/hr. The more efficient you work, the more money you make.  You will receive a commission for every lawn service you preform plus earn a weekly attendance bonus.

 

Requirements:

- Ability to work Monday - Friday starting at 8am
- Work as a team 

- Great attitude

- Reliability 

- Attention to detail 

- Provides excellent customer service
- Able to pass a background check
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone
- Lawn care experience not necessary (willing to train the right person)
- Ability to self-manage
